Located in a first floor apartment, the project dealt with our way of living and the way in which we handle familiar objects on a daily basis. When did you last move your furniture around? is actually one big floor construction with holes in it. These holes locate the exact places of the furniture – present and past. In this way we attained an actual spatial division, as well as several possible ones. Moving the furniture and their functions, also changed the imaginary space which surrounds them as well as the parcours between them. The sunken furniture shows itself as a frozen moment in time, containing at the same time the possibility of constant change.
